Step one
Initial Consultation

Step two
Design & Planning
With your vision understood, our design team works closely with you and your architect or draftsperson to develop every detail of your home. From floor plans and material selections to window positions and joinery profiles — nothing is left to chance.
We guide you through every decision with clarity and expertise so you feel completely confident in every choice you make.

Step three
Approvals & Contract
We manage the entire approvals process on your behalf — council submissions, engineering certifications and all required documentation. You don't need to chase anyone or understand complex regulations. We handle all of it.
Once approvals are received, we present you with a fixed-price contract. Your budget is a promise, not a starting point. No hidden costs, no nasty surprises at handover.

Step four
The Build
This is where vision becomes reality. Our experienced team of tradespeople bring exceptional craftsmanship to every aspect of your home — from the structural frame to the finest finishing detail.
Your dedicated project manager keeps you informed at every milestone. You'll receive regular progress updates, have direct access to your manager at all times and be welcomed on site whenever you'd like to visit.

Step five
Handover & Beyond
The handover of your completed home is one of our favourite moments. We walk you through every room, every system and every finish — making sure you understand and love every detail of your new home.
But our relationship doesn't end there. We remain available long after you've moved in and take great pride in the long-term relationships we build with our clients. This is where our partnership truly begins.
